The casale is
located about 10 km from Sarteano (closest village to buy food) and is
close to some of the most beautiful places to visit in Tuscany such as
Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, Montepulciano and the famous baths, SPA of San
Casciano It is a big casale in the heart of the Val d'orcia, one of the
wildest and most beautiful areas of Tuscany, on a little hill surrounded
by fields, flowers and hundreds years hold olive trees. This charming and
comfortable property was decorated by a very good interior designer and
the taste of the furnishing is great.
From the living on one side of the casale and from the kitchen on the
opposite side you have 2 beautiful verandas where you can sit, relax,
drink or have dinner if you like. The house is surrounded by beautiful
fields and about 50 meters from it you have a lovely POOL with a pergola,
table and chairs, shower and a changing room with bathroom you reach going
down few steps.

- A large kitchen-dining room with 2 tables to seat up to 12 people,

suite bathroom with 2 washing machines.

living (just because the house is built on a little hill, it isn't
underground), you have a sort of:

Upper floor
- master bedroom is very big and beautiful with canopy bed and fire
place, has a dressing room, an en suite bathroom with bath tub and
shower, 2 sinks, armchair and "fire place"
- second bedroom is nice and quite big can be twin bedded or double
bedded with bathroom with Jacuzzi,
- third bedroom is smaller but always lovely with en suite bathroom
with bath tub.

Low season: €5500 weekly
Gas, water, electricity, 2 hours
of daily made service+garden care
are included.
Is possible to pay the maid for extra hours and a local lady to cook very
good traditional Tuscan food for lunch and dinner on request.
